QUICK BACKGROUND

In winter 2021, I interned at Jinyu Intelligent Co. in Shanghai, China.

Jinyu Intelligence Technology Co. is a SaaS company that provides ATS and AI interview services for businesses. I designed 7 features in total and oversaw the development of 2 features from inception to implementation during the internship.

​

Some of my work include:

​

• Improved the onboarding experience of AI interviews, resulting in a 20% increase in student satisfaction.

• Launched the interview appointment feature to help hiring managers organize interviews more easily, gaining 30+ paid companies in the first two months.

• Created target customer persona by performing data analysis on attributes including company information and product feature usage using SQL.

• Updated the user manual of the product, and led online training sessions on product functions for 10+ sales staff members.
